At Steel Thunder, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. All of our products are made to order, and shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Please read the following details carefully to understand our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. Processing times include order verification, printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note: Order processing times may be extended during peak holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product and the destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this tracking number to monitor the delivery of your order.

Estimated shipping times:

United Kingdom: 3-7 business days

United States: 5-12 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, local postal issues, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, product size, and weight.

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be displayed at checkout, where applicable.

4. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

United Kingdom

United States

Europe

If you are outside of these regions, we currently do not ship to other locations, but this may change in the future.

5. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply once the package reaches its destination country. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Steel Thunder has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping time, please contact us at support@steelthunder.store.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, occasionally, orders may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or shipping carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@steelthunder.store, and we will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue.

8. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@steelthunder.store. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

9. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

10. Multiple Shipments

For larger orders, items may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment, where applicable.
